THE TRUTH PORTAL

I listened to a radio program some time ago and the topic of the discussion was the relevance of prophecies in our time considering the number of prophets who release their prophetic declarations for the year at the beginning of every year. It was obvious those radio presenters did not really understand what they were talking about. It may be that many people do not appreciate the necessity of prophecy for our lives today, this is why I invite you to join me ...

”Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and all they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and everyone an earring of gold. So The LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses” (Job 42:11-12). We are told of Job’s exemplary lifestyle from the first chapter and verse of the book of Job in the Bible. Born in the land of Uz, Job was a regular ...

The account of the birth of Jesus Christ holds great and important lessons for us. His birth dramatically changed the course of human history. The Heavens heralded His birth, the celestial choirs sang beautiful melodies of praise to proclaim His birth to the world(Luke 2:9-14). No other birth has been so significant before His and neither has there been any other afterwards. It is worthy of note the fashion in which Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of God was born. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, carried by a virgin, a spectacular miracle(Luke 1:26-37). He left His glory above to be born in a humble place of a Stable. The King of kings was lain in a manger for his cradle…Oh what an example of humility, for though He had all the powers of Heaven he stooped low to identify with the poor and lowly. Little wonder then, that the first persons to hear of the joyful news of His birth were poor shepherds. We must then be grateful, for none of us is exquisite enough, rich enough or ...

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armour of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places”. Ephesians 6:10-12. [👋🙋💃 Hi! Don't understand  English ? You can read this page in  French ,  Spanish ,  Russian ,  etc ..Go to  Home . Click  Menu . Click  Translate  and choose  your language . We live in a world of forces, ones we encounter in the physical realm and those we cannot encounter  physically but in the spirit realm. We are well aware of the forces of friction, gravity, magnetism, electricity, and of course the push-pull forces we exert on things in the natural world. These forces impact our wo...

When an accused person stands trial before a Judge in the law court, one of the things done in the course of his trial is that he or she is given a chance to agree with the charges as brought against him or to deny it. The question often put forth to the accused person is this "Are you guilty of these charges or not?" His response is often very critical to the sentence he gets. He may get a reduced sentence if he owns up to his wrong doing and accept that he is guilty. Let us imagine that we are also standing trial in the court of heaven and our eternal destiny is to be decided but many allegations have been levelled against us by our accuser, the devil. Those sinful things we have done are brought against us, and we are asked that question "Are you guilty of these charges or not?" What would our answer be? Friends, though this can only be imagined now, the Bible tells us that after we die, we must face judgment to be rewarded according to the things we did, w...
